We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all orders placed on youshouldbehair.com

If multiple orders are placed on the same account going to the same address the orders may be combined. A signature may be required on most packages at our discretion.

YOUSHOULDbeHAIR ships to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. 

FREE Shipping Promotions

Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.

Standard Shipping

Our Standard shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, and several regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

Please note that the estimated delivery date for Standard Shipping varies depending on the destination address. Deliveries to metropolitan areas may take shorter times, typically ranging from 3 to 8 business days, while remote or rural areas might require additional time for delivery.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through our your shipping confirmation emails and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. states may experience longer transit times.

Expedited and Express Shipping

For those who require their orders more urgently, we offer an Express Shipping option. The estimated delivery date for Express Shipping is contingent on the destination address. Deliveries to metropolitan areas usually take 1 to 4 business days, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

This shipping method is available for shipments to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii addresses only.  Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. states may experience longer transit times.

YOUSHOULDbeHAIR Processing Time

Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 3 business days. In the case of processing time delays, our support team will communicate such delays to customers via email.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.

 

Hazardous Materials

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

 

International

YOUSHOULDbeHAIR does not ship to international addresses.

 

Tracking

Tracking is available through our your shipping confirmation emails and may indicate the estimated delivery date.

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online please contact us: ORDERS@YOUSHOULDBEHAIR.COM so that we can assist you. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us: ORDERS@YOUSHOULDBEHAIR.COM.  

We must be notified of missing packages within 3 days of delivered status to proceed with your claim. If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to us by the courier, we will contact you for reshipment

Tip: Check the latest tracking links you receive. Sometimes your package is handed to USPS for final delivery. If this happens, you will have an additional link.

Processing & Shipping Disclaimer

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We rely on this information to calculate the estimated delivery date for your order.

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, and postal strikes

We would like to emphasize that Youshouldbehair is not responsible for missed hair appointments due to extended processing times, delivery delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly encourage our customers to schedule hair appointments with their stylists only after they have purchased and physically received their order with their hair extensions. This will ensure that you have ample time to receive, inspect, and prepare your extensions before your scheduled appointment.

Order Cancellation 

YOUSHOULDbeHAIR will begin to process your order after you receive your order confirmation email.

Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it without incurring any cancellation fees. After the cancellation period has expired, order cancellations will be subject to fees outlined below.

 

Cancellation Fees

Orders canceled after the specified cancellation period are subject to a cancellation fee of [2.5% of the order total, with a minimum of $5 up to $25].

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the original order’s cost/total dollar value before refund issuance.

 

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email orders@youshouldbehair.com and provide the order number and reason for cancellation.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been assigned a tracking number. In such cases, customers must follow our return policy for returning unwanted items.

 

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for orders cancelled during the cancellation period will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified by Youshouldbehair.

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the original order’s cost/total dollar value before refund issuance.

 

Special Order and Preorder Items

Orders for special order items or ‘preorder items’ cannot be canceled once production has begun.

 

Modification of Cancellation Policy

Youshouldbehair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the order cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
